Welcome to LedgerLink! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our wholesaler management platform. By signing up and using LedgerLink, you agree to these terms.

LedgerLink provides a comprehensive business management platform that includes:
- Customer account management and ledger tracking
- Credit and debit transaction recording
- Payment reminders and WhatsApp integration (Premium)
- Business insights and analytics (Premium)
- Invoice generation and PDF statements
- Credit score calculation for customers
- Secure data storage and encryption
3.1 Data Collection
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
- Your name, email, phone number, and business details
- Customer information you add (names, phone numbers, addresses)
- Transaction data (debits, credits, payment modes)
- Usage data (login times, features used)
3.2 Data Security (सुरक्षा)
Your data is 100% secure:
- 🔐 Bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS)
- 🔒 Encrypted database storage
- 🛡️ Regular security audits
- 🚫 No data sharing with third parties without consent
- 👤 Your customer data is private and never sold
3.3 Data Usage
We use your data only to:
- Provide LedgerLink services to you
- Send transactional notifications (payment reminders, etc.)
- Improve our platform and add new features
- Provide customer support when requested
We NEVER: Sell your data, share it with competitors, or use it for unrelated marketing.
3.4 Data Access & Control

- You can export all your data anytime
- You can delete your account and all data
- You can update or correct your information
- You can request data access reports
As a LedgerLink user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your account credentials (email and PIN) secure
- Not share your account with unauthorized persons
- Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
- Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of your transactions
5.1 PIN Protection
Your 6-digit PIN is hashed (encrypted) and cannot be recovered. We never store your PIN in plain text. If forgotten, you'll need to reset it.
5.2 Login Security
- Rate limiting: Maximum 5 login attempts per 15 minutes
- Session timeout: Auto logout after inactivity
- Audit logging: All actions are logged for security
6.1 Starter Plan
Basic features with up to 50 customers. Includes 1 month free trial.
6.2 Growth Plan
All premium features (Business Insights, Reports, WhatsApp notifications) are included in Growth plan and above. Contact us at 8690238350 to upgrade.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
LedgerLink is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:
- We are not liable for data loss due to user error or technical failures
- We recommend regular backups of critical data
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on platform data
- Use the platform at your own risk for business operations

8.1 User Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
8.2 LedgerLink Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of LedgerLink after changes means you accept the new terms.
